Job summary

Habitat for Humanity International's Wichita team seeks a Special Projects Coordinator to drive cross‑functional initiatives, advance housing stability programs, and connect families with resources through the Tapestry initiative.

You will partner with local nonprofits, manage data in Smartsheet and internal systems, coordinate program delivery and reporting, and help shape workforce development and land and construction coordination across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–4 years of progressively responsible experience in program coordination or related field.
• Experience working across departments and with community partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Wichita Habitat for Humanity's Tapestry initiative and cross‑functional projects.
• Manage engagement with community partners and stakeholders for program delivery.
• Track progress, outcomes and reports using Smartsheet and internal databases.
• Support housing stability activities, homeownership and program pipelines.
• Assist with data management and reporting to leadership.
