Greenville Together is seeking a Housing Partnerships Manager to lead the housing navigation system, supervise staff, and expand landlord partnerships to reduce homelessness in Greenville County.

The role requires strategic planning, data-driven oversight of a centralized inventory, and cross-sector collaboration with local housing providers, shelters, and authorities. Strong leadership and communication are essential as you align programs with community goals.

Competenze

• 5+ years of progressive experience in housing navigation, housing program management, landlord engagement, or homelessness response systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in public administration, urban planning, social work, business administration, nonprofit management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience building and sustaining landlord or housing provider partnerships.
• Experience managing or implementing housing data systems or shared inventory infrastructure.

• Lead housing navigation strategy in alignment with initiative goals.
• Supervise Housing Navigator(s) and establish clear expectations and workflows.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property managers, developers, housing authorities, and providers.
• Lead housing supply expansion and recruitment/retention efforts.
• Convene a Housing Advisory Committee to strengthen partnerships.
• Design and oversee a centralized housing inventory and tracking system.
