Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Director of Finance for a 700-room full-service hotel in Pittsburgh, PA. You will lead all accounting and financial activities and act as a strategic partner to the General Manager and leadership team.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and providing actionable financial insights across rooms, F&B, banquets and events to improve profitability and operational performance. On-site role requiring strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of progressive hotel accounting and finance experience.
• At least three years in a Director of Finance or senior property finance leader role in a full-service hotel.
• Experience with a large, complex hotel operation across multiple revenue centers.
• Experience with major internationally recognized hotel brands preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and internal controls.

Responsabilités

• Direct all accounting and financial activities for the hotel.
• Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Prepare accurate projections for revenue, labor, operating expenses, cash flow and profitability.
• Oversee timeliness and accuracy of financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain internal controls and coordinate audits with ownership and regulators.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll and related financial controls.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions and profitability improvements.
