Job summary

Austin Country Club is seeking a full-time Controller to oversee all accounting and financial operations. You will work closely with the CFO on budget management, cost-benefit analysis, forecasting, and internal controls to safeguard financial health.

The role requires leading a team of accounting professionals, establishing robust procedures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. A background in hospitality accounting and a related bachelor's degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality accounting and finance environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous supervisory role within a club or hospitality context.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting functions and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Develop and implement financial policies to streamline processes and ensure compliance.
• Supervise accounting staff and coordinate with finance committee.
