Job summary

Arcadia Care is seeking a Marketing Liaison to develop and coordinate facility communications among patients, families, and care professionals within the community. The role focuses on increasing census and promoting programs, services, and practices.

Responsibilities include planning and directing marketing programs, assisting department directors with policies, and coordinating long-range plans with the Administrator to strengthen public relations efforts.

Qualifications

• Must possess highly effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, track, evaluate, and direct the facility’s marketing programs to maintain and increase our census and to provide the community with information relative to our facility, its programs, services, and practices.
• Assist department directors in the development and use of marketing policies and procedures and establish a rapport in and between departments so that each staff member can realize the importance of his/her role in our marketing and public relations program.
• In conjunction/coordination with the Administrator, develop and implement long range plans for the facility in the effort to establish and maintain our marketing and public relations program.
