• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business, CPA or MBA preferred.
• Seven years of related finance/administrative experience; master's may substitute.
• Experience leading finance teams in healthcare or complex institutions.

Responsabilités

• Direct preparation of the annual budget for the entity and monitor adherence.
• Direct monitoring of revenues and expenditures to ensure compliance with the budget.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses for higher management.
• Provide data to administration and stakeholders and prepare special reports.
• Lead departmental and team activities, including hiring and scheduling.
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work.
