Job summary

You will lead complex analyses, coordinate with faculty and staff, and oversee reconciliations, travel, and procurement processes while maintaining confidentiality and high standards of accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• CPA is desirable.
• Three years of experience in financial management, cost accounting or related field.
• OR an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Instruct unit finance leads and business managers on complex financial analysis and budget preparation.
• Oversee budget processes including annual budget, projections, outyear plans, and capital planning.
• Review financial transactions for compliance with university guidelines, donor intent, and policy.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and ensure timely execution; document issues and risks.
