Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee general accounting, patient business services, and financial reporting.
• Direct data processing, systems, materials management, and medical records.
• Train staff and monitor performance to ensure fiscal responsibilities.
• Assist the CEO with long- and short-range hospital plans and budgeting.
• Create operating and capital budgets aligned with objectives.
• Prepare cash flow analyses and budget variance analyses.
• Monitor financial performance and report trends and opportunities.
• Direct internal financial reporting for audits and compliance.
• Lead cost reduction and revenue enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure timely regulatory submissions and payroll/tax reports.
