Teksky LLC is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of a hospital. The role focuses on strategic financial planning, budgeting, revenue cycle management, and ensuring long-term financial stability while supporting high-quality patient care.

The CFO will oversee GAAP compliance, Medicare/Medicaid considerations, and financial reporting to executive leadership and the Board, driving internal controls and risk management across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• CPA, CMA, or HFMA certification preferred.
• Experience of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Healthcare or hospital finance experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, Medicare/Medicaid, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with financial planning, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Lead all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
