Job summary

Tenet Healthcare Corporation seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance and accounting functions across the hospital network. The incumbent will drive financial strategy, reporting, and capital planning while ensuring regulatory compliance and cost control.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical ability, and experience directing multiple departments, including AR, HIM/coding, patient access and supply chain, within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business, Required
• Masters Degree in Business, Accounting or Healthcare Administration and CPA, Preferred
• Recent hospital financial management experience, Required
• Minimum of 5 years hospital financial management and revenue cycle experience, Preferred
• Recent management of multiple departments including all business office functions, Required
• Demonstrated experience in leadership, analytical and computer skills
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills are essential

Responsibilities

• Direct financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities for the hospital
• Oversee revenue cycle, accounting, HIM/coding and patient access functions
• Ensure regulatory reporting and internal controls meet organizational and legal standards
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and senior Tenet-USPI executives to meet facility goals
