Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Business required.
• Recent hospital financial management experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ hospital financial management and revenue cycle experience preferred.
• Experience managing multiple departments including all business office functions required.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical and computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Financial Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting.
• Lead Revenue Cycle and Expense Management activities.
• Monitor Labor Productivity and Financial Reporting.
• Ensure Regulatory Reporting and Capital Planning compliance.
• Collaborate with hospital departments (AR, HIM/Coding, Patient Access, Supply Chain, Risk Management).
