Job summary

CorMedix Therapeutics is seeking a high-impact Key Account Manager to drive product access and growth in assigned institutional accounts within the Philadelphia, PA region. You will educate clinicians, influence formulary decisions, and expand product utilization across LTACHs, infusion centers, and IDNs.

The role requires extensive hospital sales experience, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate complex hospital ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of related pharmaceutical sales, marketing, and/or training experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in an account selling role within hospital or integrated care settings.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel to sustain key relationships and attend conferences/sales meetings.

Responsibilities

• Increase product access and sales by navigating formulary approvals and educating clinicians.
• Secure placement of products on account protocols and ensure EMR inclusion.
• Develop relationships with local infusion sites, LTACHs, and home infusion companies.
• Create territory and account plans to grow utilization and formulary access.
• Coordinate with hospital treatment committees to include products on disease-state protocols.
• Support discharge planning by aligning product inclusion with reimbursement resources.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, National Accounts, Marketing, and Sales Administration on needs and opportunities.
