Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3–5+ years of in-house corporate recruiting experience.
• Experience managing high-volume requisitions (20+ concurrent).
• Experience recruiting across Product, Sales, Marketing, and/or corporate functions.
• Experience with employment-based immigration processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for 25–35 concurrent requisitions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and interview processes.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for active and passive talent.
• Conduct phone screens and assessments to evaluate fit and skills.
• Coordinate interview processes from outreach to offer.
• Lead offer negotiations and close candidates effectively.
