Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Client Relationship Manager for Hedge Fund Services in the United States. The role focuses on building trusted partnerships, delivering exceptional client experiences, and guiding complex fund administration and investor services for hedge funds and institutional clients.

The role requires strong relationship management, knowledge of hedge fund operations, and the ability to coordinate across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in hedge fund services, fund administration, middle office, prime brokerage, asset management or consulting.
• Strong client relationship management skills with institutional clients and senior leaders.
• Experience supporting complex institutional clients or alternative investment managers.
• Knowledge of fund operations, accounting, investor services, treasury, trading or asset servicing functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic hedge fund services relationships and deliver a consistent client experience.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on client goals, operating models and evolving needs.
• Coordinate fund administration, middle office, accounting, operations and investor services support.
• Resolve issues, improve service delivery and support strong client satisfaction.
• Align service expectations, agreements and requirements across internal teams and clients.
