Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Client Relationship Manager for Hedge Fund Services in New York and Chicago markets. You will manage strategic hedge fund client relationships, coordinate fund administration, middle office and investor services, and drive a superior client experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, lead quarterly reviews, identify growth opportunities, and ensure pricing, profitability, and service levels align with client needs while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline; master's preferred.
• Experience in hedge fund services, fund administration, middle office, prime brokerage, asset management or consulting.
• Strong client relationship management skills with institutional clients, senior leaders and cross functional teams.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic hedge fund services relationships and deliver a consistent client experience.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on client goals, operating models and evolving needs.
• Coordinate fund administration, middle office, accounting, operations and investor services support.
• Lead quarterly service reviews and senior management reporting.
• Identify growth opportunities and support delivery of new products and services.
