Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice serving women and children nationwide. We partner with employers and health plans to deliver proactive 24/7 care and improve outcomes for families.

The role focuses on cultivating indispensable partnerships, managing complex customer relationships, and driving growth across US employers and plans. Open to candidates across the continental US, reporting to the Customer Success Director.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, customer success, or project management.
• 2+ years in health tech/healthcare preferred.
• Strong PM and problem-solving with proactive, customer-focused mindset.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects across external and internal teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Data-driven approach to learning and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for Pomelo’s customers.
• Proactively engage customers to ensure seamless implementations and ongoing experience.
• Advocate for customer needs and work cross-functionally to achieve outcomes.
• Develop and deliver regular business reviews to show impact and retention.
• Identify and mitigate risks and escalate issues for prompt resolution.
• Collaborate with growth, marketing, and operations on strategic opportunities.
• Identify trends across customers and drive cross-stakeholder solutions.
