Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the supply chain, including procurement, receipt, storage and distribution of supplies and equipment.
• Monitors inventory levels, usage, replenishment, and waste to maintain optimal stock.
• Ensures compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates biannual inventory and cycle counts, validating accuracy and reconciling discrepancies.
• Collaborates with clinical and operational departments to assess supply needs and service delivery effectiveness.
• Partners with corporate teams to support system-wide initiatives, contracts, and standardization of supplies.
• Maintains materials management systems, order tracking, stock management, and reporting tools.
• Resolves shortages, backorders, or delivery delays with staff and vendors.
