Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three years experience in a related discipline, managing multiple projects of a complex nature.
• Master’s degree combined with HM Fellow satisfies all experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintains formal and informal communication with partners, clinicians and department leadership to identify needs and constraints of project scope and status availability.
• Serves as an effective liaison between multiple client groups and stakeholders across various levels of management.
• Actively participates in meetings, as assigned, and provides meaningful contributions that assist in driving decision-making and aids in clearly identifies next steps.
• Effectively implements and manages project needs with various stakeholders, including clear communication and timely delivery of project outputs.
• Develops project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
