Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for the Medicaid Clinical Operations team to lead cross-functional initiatives across clinical operations, regulatory compliance, operational readiness, and business transformation.

You will drive end-to-end delivery and align projects with organizational goals. Responsibilities include defining scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics; proactively managing risks; coordinating governance, and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5 years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience, including initiation through completion.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and at least one PM tool (MS Planner/Project/Asana/M Monday.com).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be available to work Eastern Standard Time hours regardless of location.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and outcomes.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics aligned to business goals.
• Monitor project performance, mitigate risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Facilitate governance processes, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications for informed decisions.
• Partner with clinical, operational, technology, compliance, vendor, and business leaders to drive alignment.
