What Program and Project Management contributes to Cardinal Health Seeking an experienced Consultant, Strategy & Execution (Project Management) to drive critical initiatives across Navista, specifically dedicated to cCare sites spanning Fresno and Southern, CA. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bridging the gap between strategic vision and operational reality. You will be primarily responsible for leading complex projects, facilitating seamless integrations, and optimizing clinical delivery models. As a P3-level professional, you are expected to operate with a high degree of independence, manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships, and deliver measurable outcomes that align with our overall healthcare objectives. Program & Project Management applies general business knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for an administrative or business process. This job family organizes project teams, establishes project schedules and individual responsibilities, and determines resource requirements. Program & Project Management manages project budgets and reports on the status of project cost, timing and staffing. This job family also ensures adherence to internal external quality standards and integrates vendor tasks and deliverables into project plans.
Support and execute integration strategies for new clinical partnerships, practice acquisitions, or technology implementations. Lead end-to-end project management for key strategic initiatives, from scoping and charter development to execution and post-implementation review. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, and budgets. Act as a primary liaison between operational, technical, and clinical and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution of project plans. Facilitate regular steering committee meetings and provide clear, actionable status reports to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field, highly preferred 4-7 years of experience in Progressive experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or clinical operations project management, highly preferred Travel up to 20%, required
