Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint); direct experience using Microsoft Project or similar tools required

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large healthcare/tech projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and liaise with clients.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and metrics using project management tools.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Prepare executive-level reports and stakeholder presentations.
• Mentor junior Project Managers and project coordinators.
