Job summary

Hephaestus Pharmacy in Doral, FL, is seeking a Director of Sales to drive profitable revenue growth for our compounding pharmacy. You will lead external sales strategies, develop partnerships with telemedicine companies and other healthcare partners, and expand accounts while aligning with operations, marketing, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, life sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years of outside sales or business development experience in healthcare or related field.
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy to achieve revenue, prescription volume, and new-account goals.
• Prospect and cultivate relationships with telemedicine and other compounding pharmacy partners.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding and account development.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasts in the CRM.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and leadership to align growth with capabilities and compliance.
• Represent the company at industry events and meetings.
