Qualifications

• Minimum seven years in fiscal management, with three in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Finance Team and directs month-end close processes.
• Oversees inter-company transactions and asset accounting.
• Ensures accuracy of financial statements and internal controls.
• Manages annual regulatory and tax filings and OHCA/990 processes.
• Develops policies for budgeting, auditing, payroll, and benefits.
