Job summary

Jack Morton Worldwide Inc. seeks a Senior Event Manager for Healthcare and Pharma to plan and execute congress/ convention meetings for Impact XM clients. You’ll manage vendor relations, budgets, proposals, and post-show reconciliation, coordinating across teams and sites.

Responsibilities include onsite housing, registrations, contracts and multi-meeting coordination, with leadership of planners and collaboration with clients to ensure compliant, high-impact events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Experience planning and managing meetings and events.
• Strong vendor negotiation and budget tracking abilities.
• Proficiency with event registration and planning tools such as Cvent.

Responsibilities

• Plans and executes meetings and special events for Healthcare and Pharma clients.
• Manages budgets, proposals and cost models for individual events and programs.
• Negotiates hotel, venue and service contracts to meet budgets.
• Leads onsite registration, housing blocks and event logistics.
• Coordinates communications, timelines and billing with clients and vendors.
• Manages a team of planners and reports to leadership.
