Job summary

BoulderCentre for Orthopedics & Spine (BCO) is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead the organization’s operational and administrative functions across Boulder and affiliated ASC sites.

Reporting to the CEO, the COO will drive strategic priorities, manage budgets, oversee revenue cycle, compliance, facilities, IT, and physician engagement while balancing daily operations with long-term growth for high-quality musculoskeletal care.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
  • Master’s degree in health administration or business (preferred).
  • Significant leadership in healthcare operations is required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate BCO’s strategic plan and priorities.
  • Oversee clinic operations, revenue cycle, HR, compliance, and IT.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and pro formas.
  • Provide executive oversight of ambulatory surgery centers and physician engagement.
  • Foster leadership, culture, and cross-functional collaboration.
