Job summary

Orthopedic Associates seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy and oversight of the practice's financial operations, revenue cycle, and fiscal performance. The role partners with the OA Board, physician leadership, and the COO to drive growth, optimize profitability, and ensure long-term sustainability.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in financial management and reporting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and complex financial operations.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and financial decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership to the Board, COO, and physician leadership.
• Lead short- and long-term financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance initiatives.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, cash management, payroll, tax compliance, and payables/receivables.
• Direct financial planning and oversight of banking relationships, financing, insurance programs, and major commitments.
• Supervise the Controller and AVP, Revenue Cycle, ensuring accountability and efficiency.
