The HealthCare Initiative seeks a Chief Financial Officer for a nationally recognized rural hospital in New York State. This strategic, governance-focused leader will oversee Finance, Patient Access, and Supply Chain with a team of directors and managers, guiding a ~$258M patient revenue operation and reporting to the CEO.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive healthcare finance leadership, CPA preferred, and experience with Epic and Workday.

Formación

• Master's degree required; MHA, MBA, or related graduate degree preferred.
• CPA, highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Finance, Patient Access, and Supply Chain through a leadership team of ~25 FTEs.
• Drive long-range financial strategy, capital planning, cash and revenue projections, and analytics for swing bed utilization and ED admissions.
