Bowling Green Brandywine, a premier 200-bed chemical dependency treatment facility in Kennett Square, PA, is hiring a Chief Financial Officer for Brandywine Treatment Center. The CFO is a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for overall financial operations and day-to-day fiscal management, ensuring accurate reporting and strategic financial planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or business-related field with major in Accounting.
• 3+ years CFO experience in healthcare preferred; behavioral health experience preferred.
• CPA or Master’s degree a plus; strong financial analysis and IT/Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial statements.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly and address variances.
• Prepare corporate reports (MOR, Certifications, Disclosures, Forecasts) timely.
• Maintain internal controls and audit readiness; ensure proper approvals.
• Oversee Revenue Cycle operations to optimize cash collections and minimize bad debt.
• Ensure insurance verification and patient portion determinations are accurate.
