Providence in Santa Rosa, CA, seeks a Ministry CFO to lead financial strategy for multiple ministries. You will report to the Service Area CFO and partner with local leadership to set budgets, drive operational performance, and ensure fiscal stewardship across the service area.

This role requires 10+ years in finance leadership within healthcare, CPA/ HFMA/FACHE preferred, and strong collaboration with shared services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Master's Degree preferred in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or HFMA/FACHE a plus.
• 10+ years in related finance leadership roles.

Responsabilités

• Provide financial leadership to achieve ministry operating results.
• Collaborate with ministry leadership to improve financial performance.
• Drive budget development and forecasting for ministries.
• Participate on joint venture boards as delegated.
• Partner with shared services for monthly reporting.
• Communicate financial updates to leadership.
• Support productivity and workforce management via finance.
