Job summary

Providence California Regional Services is seeking a Finance Manager to support local ministry/entity leadership teams, with responsibilities in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, and forecasting to evaluate new programs and meet financial targets.

This role provides analytical reports for strategic planning and process improvements, may serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders, and contributes to month-end close and development of financial plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related field or equivalent education/experience.
• 5 years Finance experience.
• CPA or HFMA Certification or FACHE preferred upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and modeling to evaluate new programs and propose recommendations to achieve financial goals and budget targets.
• Develop analytical reports to assist in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements to increase efficiencies.
• Serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders and support month-end close.
