Job summary

Providence seeks a Chief Financial Officer - Operations for the North Division to lead strategic financial planning, capital strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across ministries and services.

This executive partner will translate complex data into actionable insights, build high-performing teams, drive process improvements, and collaborate with system leaders to sustain growth and mission-driven healthcare.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of finance-related experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, costing, benchmarking, pro forma development, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic financial planning, capital strategy, budgeting, forecasting, analytics, costing, and performance reporting across the North Division.
• Translate complex financial information into strategic insights to guide decision-making and mission-driven healthcare objectives.
• Develop and mentor high-performing finance professionals while partnering with executive leadership across system organizations.
