Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for our Lubbock, TX hospital to lead financial operations, revenue integrity, and strategic planning. This role reports to the hospital CEO and collaborates with senior leadership to ensure strong financial performance.

The position requires 7–10 years of progressive hospital finance leadership, deep knowledge of GAAP and HIPAA-regulatory considerations, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or health care administration; Master’s degree preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant/Certified Management Accountant or Certified Manager of Patient Account preferred but not required.
• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in hospital finance; well-versed in health care regulatory compliance, central supply management, SOX compliance, and GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Leads revenue integrity and financial management for the facility.
• Oversees financial policies to safeguard assets and improve efficiency.
• Develops and disseminates cash accounting, budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
