Job summary

Teton Valley Health Care is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic vision, lead the senior management team, and ensure financial viability of the organization near Jackson Hole.

The CEO will guide budgeting, policy development, and regulatory compliance while building relationships with the Board, community partners, and staff. This role requires a Masters in business management and proven healthcare leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business management or equivalent field.
• Experience in healthcare management.
• Excellent English communication in speech and writing.
• Strong interpersonal skills with community members and staff.
• Ability to communicate inquiries or complaints and present information publicly.
• Strong computer skills: word processing, presentations, data mining, spreadsheets.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience reading and analyzing financial reports.
• Accurate typing and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership with Board and Executive team to set goals and policies.
• Oversee annual budget development and implementation.
• Report to Board and local officials on hospital activities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and licensure.
• Lead medical staff coordination and resource allocation.
• Promote community relations and fundraising.
• Drive quality and safety improvements in patient care.
