Qualifications

• Master's degree in hospital administration, business administration, or related field is required.
• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare administration is required.
• 5-7 years in an executive or senior leadership role is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees hospital operations to ensure high-quality patient care and financial objectives.
• Develops and implements long-term strategic plans with system leadership.
• Leads leadership development and succession planning across the organization.
• Represents the hospital at board meetings and engages with community stakeholders.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and quality across hospital services.
