Qualifications

• Healthcare analytics experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, Power BI and SQL skills required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze datasets from healthcare, billing, scheduling, financial and operational systems to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, data models and performance metrics using Power BI, SQL, Excel and DAX.
• Partner with leadership to define reporting needs, prioritize analytics initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support process improvements by leveraging analytics, automation and BI solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders and provide training on reports and dashboards.
