• Strong understanding of cost drivers, forecasting, benchmarking, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze medical and pharmacy data to identify trends, cost drivers, and intervention opportunities.
• Evaluate impact of benefit design, formulary strategies, and network arrangements on costs.
• Develop actionable insights to support affordability and measurable outcomes.
