Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-4 years of healthcare marketing or advertising agency experience required.
• Launch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and cultivate client relationships day-to-day.
• Present and defend the agency’s strategic and tactical recommendations.
• Develop marketing strategy, communications plans, and media plans.
• Foster positive working relations between internal departments.
• Guide Account Executives and provide timely feedback.
• Supervise preparation and allocation of budgets and hours.
• Understand client objectives and target audiences.
• Ensure tactics are executed strategically.
• Represent the account team with senior agency leadership.
