Fingerpaint Group is seeking an Account Director to lead account management and provide strategic guidance to pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. The role requires travel and a strong understanding of digital marketing, brand strategy, and team leadership.

You will oversee financial health of accounts, present strategic plans, mentor junior staff, and stay ahead of market trends to identify opportunities for clients and the agency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 8–12 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing agency.
• Strong presentation, mentorship, and client-facing skills.
• Solid understanding of digital marketplace and ad formats.
• Knowledge of FDA rules/regulations and brand life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the financial health of accounts.
• Deliver strategic client presentations, recommendations, and annual brand plans.
• Communicate strategy and tactical plans across large multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring overall satisfaction with the team and agency.
• Identify and cultivate client opportunities.
• Management and mentorship of junior team members.
• Actively monitor headlines for brand and competitor news trends.
