Medica is seeking an Account Manager based in Omaha, NE to manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction. This includes building relationships, addressing concerns, and supporting renewals.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience and must acquire a Nebraska Life and Health License. Medica offers a competitive salary ranging from $55,600 to $79,400 along with comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience OR 7+ years of applicable experience without degree.
• Relevant experience includes Account Management, Group Health, Benefits Administration, Human Resources, etc.
• Nebraska Life and Health License or ability to obtain within first 90 days.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a defined book of business.
• Partner with SRMs and AEs to support new business processes and renewals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients.
• Lead internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
