Medica is a nonprofit health plan serving communities in Minnesota, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Missouri, and beyond. We deliver personalized health care experiences and partner with providers to ensure members feel valued.

This Office role is on-site in Omaha, NE, with a typical schedule of three days in the office. The Account Representative I will manage a small group portfolio, ensure accurate documentation, and service enrollment, billing, and claims while working with brokers to quote, install,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Relevant experience could include, Customer Service, Vendor Management, Account Management, Group Health, Benefits Administration, Human Resources, etc.
• Demonstrated proficiency in working with both fully insured and self-funded health plans preferred
• Experience working with brokers preferred

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned portfolio of small group accounts.
• Provide service on enrollment, billing and claims issues.
• Quote, install, retain and service our small group fully and self-funded business.
• Collaborate with Agency Relationship Managers to educate Medica’s broker distribution channel on all aspects of small group business.
• Address client questions and demands to support retention and satisfaction.
