Job summary

Scriptly, a modern cloud-based pharmacy management system, is hiring a Customer Success Manager in Schaumburg, IL. You will own the customer relationship for a portfolio of pharmacy accounts, lead onboarding, and drive product adoption to maximize value from our platform.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Support to ensure customer health, retention, and expansion while delivering proactive guidance and scalable success playbooks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills at all stakeholder levels.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on client success.
• Comfort learning new software platforms quickly.
• Experience with pharmacy, healthcare, or health-tech clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship for a portfolio of pharmacy accounts.
• Lead onboarding and implementation for rapid time-to-value.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess health and identify opportunities.
• Drive product adoption by training customers on new features.
• Monitor usage metrics and health scores to identify at-risk accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales on upsell opportunities within accounts.
• Advocate for customer needs with Product teams to influence roadmap.
• Develop and maintain customer success playbooks and training materials.
• Resolve escalated issues by coordinating with Support and Engineering.
