Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with hospitals/health systems.
• Experience with formulary and pathway adoption in health systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% regionally; travel nationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic account sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets within nationally targeted health systems and hospital networks.
• Identify opportunities to grow product adoption and win new business in health systems.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and adjust sales strategies.
• Pull through national advocacy initiatives within health systems and hospital networks.
• Provide direction and coaching to RADs to achieve sales objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in customer strategies.
