Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal counsel to Elliot Health System and affiliates.
• Review and negotiate complex contracts and coordinate contract management.
• Draft policies and ensure compliance with state/federal laws and CMS participation requirements.
• Support corporate compliance, risk management, and regulatory investigations.
• Liaise with outside counsel, advise on board and committee matters, and train management staff.

Education
