Job summary

SolutionHealth seeks an experienced health-law attorney to serve as legal counsel to Elliot Health System and affiliates. The role involves delivering comprehensive legal services across clinical, operational and business areas, including complex contracts, regulatory compliance and risk management.

The attorney will handle government investigations, licensing, corporate transactions, and guidance on privacy, fraud, and compliance programs, while coordinating with risk and safety teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years practicing attorney experience with health law focus.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in at least one state and NH bar eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad legal services to healthcare system operations, facilities and personnel.
• Review, negotiate and draft complex contracts and real estate/other agreements.
• Advise on government regulations, HIPAA/HITECH, fraud and abuse laws.
• Support corporate compliance, risk management, audits and investigations.
• Liaise with outside counsel and lead internal legal education programs.
