Responsibilities

• Leads departmentwide strategic planning, budget and Spending Plan development, resource development and utilization, and project management to advance HSH's mission and organizational objectives.
• Aligns strategic goals, fiscal resources, and funding opportunities to support an effective, transparent, and accountable homelessness response across Los Angeles County.
• Develops resource allocation recommendations and guides complex and politically sensitive budget deliberations.
• Leads cross-departmental and intergovernmental initiatives and establishes strategic management and performance reporting systems.
