Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking a Provider Relations Lead within Illinois to provide subject matter leadership for provider relations activities and support network development and provider training. You will serve as the primary contact between Molina and contracted providers within the Molina network, overseeing education, satisfaction, issue intake, access and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of provider services experience.
• Strong understanding of the health care delivery system.
• Experience with Medicaid/Medicare provider compensation methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Experience presenting formal presentations.
• Experience interfacing with providers and medical staff.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Engage high-priority provider community to improve coordination and satisfaction.
• Serve as primary contact between Molina and providers.
• Educate providers on Molina initiatives and policies and ensure compliance.
• Resolve provider issues across departments and promote timely resolutions.
• Conduct regular provider site visits and schedule planning.
• Deliver training and presentations to providers and staff as needed.
• Monitor provider satisfaction and CAHPS results; support performance improvements.
• Develop network planning tools and support contracting strategy.
