Job summary

Vynca Inc. in California seeks a Director of Account Management to lead success, growth, and retention of health plan partnerships. You will drive ECM, CICM, and CS outcomes, owning strategy, renewals, and expansions while maintaining strong client outcomes and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in account management with health plans including managed Medicaid/CalAIM.
• Direct working knowledge of ECM and CICM/CS programs preferred.
• Experience partnering with health plans, value-based care organizations, and networks.
• Strong understanding of Medi-Cal managed care contracting and DHCS requirements.
• Commercial acumen with contracts, pricing, and margins.
• Track record of retaining and growing high-value client portfolios.
• Excellent interpersonal and executive communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings.
• Hubspot CRM experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships in value-based health plan partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver client outcomes and ROI.
• Manage renewals, expansions, and revenue growth.
• Monitor performance against SLAs and program deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve plan issues and risks.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and present KPI dashboards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with CalAIM, DHCS, and HIPAA.
