• RN license in good standing preferred or ability to obtain California licensure prior to start date.

• Knowledge of CMS, CDPH, OSHA, HIPAA, and accreditation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads hospital operations, patient access, and departmental oversight.
• Develops, implements, and monitors policies, workflows, and standards to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Oversees budgeting, labor productivity, and resource allocation with fiscal stewardship.
• Partners with physicians and clinical leaders to improve care delivery and service line growth.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and readiness for surveys and accreditation activities.
