U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is seeking a Facility Healthcare Program Manager (FHPM) to oversee healthcare operations at IHSC facilities. The role focuses on accreditation readiness, risk management, and quality improvement, reporting to the AHSA, and coordinating with IHSC leadership.

Competenze

• Master's degree in a qualifying program for USPHS officers.
• Minimum of five years of relevant and related experience.
• Ability to analyze situations, data and information and pose probing questions.
• Proficiency with IHSC electronic health record and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong written and verbal communications; CPR/BLS certification desirable.

• Oversee accreditation readiness and standards compliance across IHSC programs.
• Lead risk management, quality improvement, and performance improvement activities.
• Coordinate with HSA/AHSA, FHSO, FTO, and IPO for program execution.
