Job summary

uniQure is seeking a senior Market Access operations leader to oversee pricing and contracting, government pricing and compliance. The role drives market access analytics, payer segmentation, and the development of value narratives for payers across the product lifecycle.

The position reports to the SVP, Market Access and works with HEOR, Regulatory, Legal, Commercial and cross-regional teams. US Northeast location with primarily remote work and ~20% travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of market access, pricing and contracting experience in biotech/pharma.
• Experience with government pricing and regulatory considerations (MFN, Medicaid, 340B).
• Strong analytical skills in payer segmentation, forecasting and competitive intelligence.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management and ex-US distribution partnerships.

• Oversee government pricing, reporting and MFN policy filings.
• Lead payer marketing strategy and market access value messaging for payers.
